Use this form to request materials and support from the Office of Admissions for on- or off-campus recruitment events.
Requests are processed in the order they are received. We will make every effort to support all requests; however, materials, quantities and staffing are based on availability, timing, and overall demand. Admissions reserves the right to adjust quantities, substitute materials, or modify support as needed.
Contact cards will be included with your materials when appropriate. To ensure timely follow-up with prospective students, we ask that completed contact cards be returned to the Admissions Office within one week of your event.
Admissions materials are intended for prospective student recruitment. For materials designed for current students or general campus communications, please contact UM Marketing. Additional swag items and materials can also be purchased through the marketing online store. If you have a group visiting campus and are requesting an Admissions presentation and campus tour, separate from a recruitment event, please complete the Group Visit Request Form.

Contact Cards: Admissions contact cards are included with most requests to support our ability to follow-up with prospective students. Returning completed cards within one week of your event helps us ensure we are connecting with them in a timely manner.
